You would think this monstrous piece of snow removal equipment would be plowing one of the Mountain roads ……….
Nope……… this behemoth of a snowplow, is parked in one of the local grocery store parking lots down in the valley Lol!😮
Before today’s hike, Liz needed to return an Amazon order……
The UPS store is downtown, only a couple of miles from the Ocean.
“Liz, all the snow is gone, what are they plowing Lol?”😇
The sidewalks in town “crunch” as you walk!
A heavy coating of rock salt is everywhere!🙄
You can see from the last four photos the valley is completely clear!👍
Another world exists back home………
I decided to hike Keith and Lynne’s gravel road today.
That’s odd…. Lynne’s Volvo is parked down by the pond!🤔
Just look at the drop off along the side of this road in the third photo!😳
I can understand why Lynne parked her car at the bottom of this road and hiked well over a mile uphill home!😅
As I hiked uphill, I carefully picked my way through loose snow, then through ice packed car tracks!
Uphill is no problem………..
Coming back down, you learn very quickly that it’s very important to remove your iPhone from your back pocket!😇
Silvertop is a down hill skier, so it’s impossible for me to just walk downhill Lol!
“Liz… it’s slippery here, don’t fall down Lol!”🥰
Never, ever, grow up guys….. life is too much fun!☺️
