New Years Eve in the Pacific Northwest was awesome, thank you KGW8 for some amazing video of the fireworks at the Space Needle!😊
Can you imagine sitting in the restaurant, at the top of the Space Needle………..
This must be a very intense experience !😳
Powerful fireworks…… the restaurant fully engulfed in glowing colorful smoke……….😮
Then if you take a step back a few days before, Seattle was having heavy rain storms!
Some very brave fireworks pyrotechnician had to strap himself in climbing gear and hang off the top of the space needle anchoring all these fireworks explosives!😬
Certainly not for the faint of heart……. Or Silvertop!😇
I mentioned to Liz, that heavy fireworks are simply black power bombs that have one end open …………..
Building these fireworks is so dangerous that back when we were living in Cincinnati they aired a story about these fireworks technicians.
Each man had his own separate building where he crafted fireworks. Numerous buildings covered a large field. This was to protect the other men from a possible explosion that could become catastrophic!😳
Can you imagine the liability of mounting basically bombs to the Space Needle?🙄
