My name is Rosemary Achu. I am a primary school teacher. I live with my aunt in a small house. I'm kind and beautiful. I like to take care of little children. Anyway, I love little children so much. They are very special to me. Today was a rainy day. I started today with morning devotion. I read through the book of Job 33:1-33. Then I prayed for myself, family, friends and people all over the world. I really appreciate God Almighty for His love and care.
Shortly after my morning devotion, I rushed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for the family. I woke up my niece and nephew to get them ready for school. We had bread and tea for breakfast. I left for school immediately after my breakfast. On getting to school, we had teachers prayer meeting which lasted for about 20 minutes.
Later in the morning, my pupils recited their multiplication table and rhyming words as usual. Today my pupils were a little bit calm. I believed it was due to the marathon rain that lasted for almost a day.
At 2:00PM, school closes for the day. I waited for my pupils to leave before returning home. On my way home, I decided to branch at a supermarket to buy my body cream.
Actually, My body cream got finished this morning. But I was so afraid and reluctant to enter the supermarket. You may be wondering why. Trust me, my country is experiencing serious inflation. The body lotion I used to buy for $2 has increased to $5. I just cannot afford to buy it. My monthly salary is $30. I pay for transport to school everyday. Also, every month, I send money to my mommy and siblings for their upkeep. Oh God! Let this difficult time come to an end.
At 6:00PM, I went to the kitchen to prepare dinner for the family. We had potato and eggplant soup for dinner. I really like the recipes for this dinner. It didn't take much time to prepare. Anyway, the meal was delicious.
