In Pakistan, you can report the distribution of pornographic material to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). They have a Cyber Crime Wing that deals with such offenses.
For extortion through impersonation or fraud, you can report it to the Cyber Crime Reporting Portal of the FIA as well. They handle cases related to cybercrimes, including fraud and extortion.
