Apart from decorations, costumes and party's, another thing that helps us realize that it's Christmas season is music. Christmas songs helps us attune our minds to the season. There are quite a lot of Christmas songs played during this season, you can hear them in malls, Carol's, on the television, radio etc .

To me , the Christmas season would never be complete if I haven't heard some songs, these songs over the years have become my favorite and they have shaped my opinion of what Christmas songs should sound like, I can't help but sing and dance whenever I hear them. The first is titled "12 days of Christmas" and the other one is "feliz navidad by "Jose feliciano" .
my love for these songs started from way back when I was a kid in grade 3, I was chosen as part of the children choir to perform these songs in the school Carol service, I was among the lead singers and took the 6th verse in the song "12 days of Christmas", I remember how hard I practiced everyday and how my parents were so proud of me because I did excellently. We ended the Carol with the "feliz navidad" song. I particularly loved this song because of the danceable rythm, my favorite part of the song was "Prospero Ano y Felicidad." I was a kid and couldn't pronounce the lyrics of the song very well because it is not English and I wasn't used to that language, so when it got to that part( "Prospero Ano y Felicidad.)" I would mumble whatever came to my head and it was always fun. I'm happy I'm posting this because I just got to know by reason of the research I've made for this post that the gibberish I always uttered is actually supposed to be "Prospero Ano y Felicidad."
