World's Largest Natural Flower Garden!
Miracle Garden has been awarded the Moselle Award for New Garden Experiences of the year by the Garden Tourism Award, 2015.
The Dubai Miracle Garden has 3 Guinness World Records:
- In 2013, declared as the world's largest vertical garden.
- An Airbus A380 flower structure is listed by Guinness World Records as the biggest flower structure in the world.
- The 18 metres (59 ft) topiary of Mickey Mouse, weighing about 35 tonnes, is the world’s tallest topiary supported sculpture.
With more than 150 million blooming flowers, the 72,000-sq-m Dubai Miracle Garden paradise is a picturesque, sweet-scented destination.
It opened nearly nine years ago on Valentine’s Day.
Under an agreement between Dubailand & the Dubai Properties Group, Akar Landscaping and Agriculture Company, led by Jordanian businessman Abdel Naser Rahhal, built the Miracle Garden costing AED 40 million (US$11 million).
The Dubai Miracle Garden operates from October to April.
It is closed from May to September due to high temperatures averaging of 40 °C (104 °F), which is not suitable to view flowers.
Flowers are maintained by re-use of treated wastewater through drip irrigation: an average of 757,082 litres (166,535 imperial gallons; 200,000 US gallons) of water per day.
The Dubai municipality retreats the grey water of the city, sending it directly to the garden. The garden re-filters the water, converting it to high-quality water for its garden usage.
The garden is watered at night, after it closes.
Dubai Butterfly Garden
In 2015 Dubai Miracle Garden opened the Dubai Butterfly Garden, the world's largest & the region's first indoor butterfly garden & over 15,000 butterflies from 26 species sanctuary.

A Mickey Mouse topiary was unveiled in February 2018. Flower structures of Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Pluto, Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, Huey, Dewey, & Louie were installed later in the same year.
The structure of the floral arrangements is changed every season ensuring a different experience each time.
It is amazing that the garden has more than 70 kinds of flowers including scarce ones. Decked with special kinds like petunias, geraniums & marigold (extremely uncommon in the Middle East), this botanical garden has more than 45 millions of flowers bloomed in a spectrum of colours like a rainbow, styles and shapes that look like circles, igloos, pyramid, hearts and so on.
