First day off for the weekend, was craving something, the rest of the family was napping again, so I took the breakfast making chore on myself and really it was a joy! We were making pitas stuffed with liverwurst, garlic mayonnaise, sprouts, yellow pepper, and cherry tomatoes. We had some leftovers and no more pitas so I decided to put it into an omelette!
Started by getting some chives from the garden
added some leftover Parmesan cheese
and other stuff..
Put it all together in a bowl
Mixed it all together
Fried it up
And it tasted really good on the plate!! I never put liverwurst and sprouts in an omelette before, it turned out real good. Cooked the tomatoes and they had a sweet taste. The dish was moist and easy to eat
