Today, I am going to share with you guys chopped carrots. Carrots are root vegetable that have many uses and health benefits.
Carrots are a good source of vitamins A, B, and C, as well as fiber, potassium, and antioxidants.
We use carrot in many dishes like hummus, soups, purée, salsa, fritters and pancakes etc.
We can also make carrot pudding say gajar ka halwa. It's also a special sweet like dessert.
