Today, we talk about chickpeas. It's a very healthy diet. We can sever with boiled rice. That's very tasty too. It is healthy protein packed and delicious in taste. We can cook in a spicy onion tomato masala. It can be eaten with roti and rice.
Chickpeas is also rich in B-complex vitamins that's play a vital role for our body to remain active and energetic.
