I hope you guys are fine doing pretty well and enjoying the precious moments of life with his family by the grace of Allah Almighty who is the most merciful and the most generous.
Today, I am going to share with you guys very important part of our diet. We must include in our daily diet. Milk is great source of calcium and phosphorus which are necessary for our bone health. It have contains B12 and protein whis is good for muscle health.
Milk is a good booster for our immune system. The protein found naturally in milk is very good for our skin.
