When I went to my friend's house, it was fun because we cooked different kinds of foods. One of them is this dynamite lumpia. It is made of ground meat which was cooked soy sauce and other seasoning. Then cut the long green chilli lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Add the ground meat, and wrap with lumpia wrapper. After that, fry the lumpia, then serve. What makes it dynamite because of the chilli.
