I actually don't like comments that are cut into several parts. It's like watching a Korean drama series. I have nothing against Korean drama series, I just don't like waiting for the next part. But since the one calling is sk19, I ignore that feeling.
- About creating a community.
I created a community a few years ago, and it eventually got abandoned. That's right what you said, SK19, it takes a lot of resources for a community to run smoothly, not just power (SP) but also manpower. That's the lesson I've learned from creating the community. It's similar to Socrates' opinion, the philosopher I admire, "By all means, marry. If you find a good wife, you will be happy. If not, you will become a philosopher." Maybe he was comforting himself or telling the world about his misfortunes in his household life, or both. In my case of creating a community, it's not much different from the story of Socrates, "Create a community, if you're not rich, at least you'll know how difficult it is to manage a community." 🥺🥺🥺🥺 - About being a Moderator.
This is a noble task in the "Steem-Verse", especially related to the tasks of verifying articles, and for some others it is to increase engagement. So it requires good communication skills and time, in addition to dedication to the basic values of Steemit. Currently my name is listed in 1 community as a moderator. And that was after a fairly long conversation following an offer from the community leaderboard, the conversation was mainly about what my tasks would be. There was no talk about how I would benefit, not at all. What made me unable to refuse (if I wanted to refuse) was because they had already delegated a little SP before asking me to take care of this community. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 The art of bribery at its best!
Last week someone else offered me to moderate their community, and after a series of conversations on Discord I had to refuse, because there's works I need to do regularly I felt I would not have the time.
Come on, sk19, build your SP to 100k and we will join forces to create a community, maybe a "We Don't Like Cheaters" Community? Or something a bit more serious like "Come Join Us and Write Anything You Like Anytime You Want But Don't Plagiarize Because We're So Cool, And Maybe We'll Upvote You Now And Then (Upvote Not Guarantee - And Only When We're Not Asleep)" Community.
Note: this is not the first part of the comment, as there are no grandchildren there to force me to stop my rambling.
Let me start from the bottom, like seriously? No do you want me to feel guilty for doing that? 😂. Don't worry there will be grandchildren soon.
My boss said I really appreciate, this is the first time I decided to split a comment. Yes manpower is also one of the resources because is not easy at all, it was even more tougher and also profitable when communities used to do engagement challenge and not teaching team.
Almost everyone wants to have their own commmunity, because it feels like owning a school, it feels like owning a hospital or even a hotel but there's no much resources for now that's why these people haven't created communities.
Incredible I will take this as one of my challenge to work harder and smarter here. I have always wanted to have more than 100k steem power. Things has not been easy for me but I smile each time I keep on believing that the future is bright. But let's see how it goes.

No, I doubt everyone wants a community what's the point? It's not that you are noticed more if you have one. No free time and people depend on you or see you as their piggy bank. The only reason for a community is to use it for your private databank. It's easier and faster than taking a new account and build it from scratch (and have to introduce yourself again).
Come on SK you are still young so you have time to catch the 100K.. it would be awesome to start the "We Don't Like Cheaters Community" a bit sooner. I still have a community in mind though.
WDLC is that a good name?

Yes that's why I said almost everyone especially some steemians who think they will gain more if they do a community, that's only possible if they do it at the right time.
I see a community as a child to the admin, I love children and am even supposed to use that scenario to create a community and take it as my child till when I get married in the next few years and get a biological child 😂.
That will be a very unique community that will even frustrate alot of cheaters because they won't get our support and this community can also make cheaters to stop cheating, yes when they realize we are doing well and also voting posts in a good way that attracts more subscribers they will have no option but to repent and start doing good just to join the moving train, some of them may even start confusing. At the end the ideal ones who repented will remain but some who pretend as if they have repented entirely will go back to their old sef. Maybe we can interview them before accepting them.

You should only watch K-drama (or romance) if the entire season is available and not just one episode.
So far no one paid me for being a mod. I believe it's time to stop.
Thanks for the wakeup call.
