weekend chit chat(4).jpg

Today I keep it short, As short as I can. I waste a lot of time thinking. It happens if I read. and to me, it's a normal thing. So far I only read @jiva34 mentioning she does that too. This also means that commenting takes time. I read, think, at times I do something else (kettle on the fire) while I am lost in thoughts about what I read. Lost in thoughts it happens a lot lately and the notes with things to do are piling up.
If you are bored I have a tip for you. Go read #wewrite. The participants of this #writingclass are super and worth reading (don't forget to leave a comment and upvote. It is appreciated.) If you are looking for a great story (crime and fable included) or a (short) film to watch they are good for that as well. If you think How can it be they can write like that unlike me contact them and trust me it's easier than you believe. Of course, you can also follow the lessons also that we already finished. One is never too old to learn and the communities we visited have more recent contests you can join.

Art & Artists

@hive-120695 is born not too long ago. We talked about it in this community and if you read comments you can find what we talked about (and if you read more comments you will also find out other plans we discussed and started with).

It is strange how fast a day passes by and I wish I could plan my time a bit better but unlike in the past weeks (months?) I have more time to clean up and talk to my son. We don't only share our days and thoughts but also share art and what we see or watch (we share photos taken on the way and videos. He just showed me a totally cool artistic one which I won't show you right now but I will - like I did in the weeks before - wish you a great Sunday with some music (I hope you all can watch it and it's not blocked by the country you live in)..

If it comes by being blocked: I can not see any post on Steemit but in other countries, people can so the mystery of being invisible is most likely solved (I will check it at the end of the week if I can use a different wifi connection and perhaps VPN as well.

I hope you all have (had) a great weekend and a good start to the week.

Everyone needs a little down time... rejuvenate..
some of the best ideas come in a kind of dream state.

That picture looks great. If feels like sleeping on the clouds (a thing like that only comes to mind if in an aeroplane. or a waterbed).

I'm there. Don't wake me.

Technical difficulties here. Site unreachable for a few days. Is It down says all of Steemit is down. https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/steemit.com.html
But not so. found a little trick press F5 and the control key simultaneously on a laptop and it clears the blockage.

That is interesting. It's the first time I heard about it. Steemit was down for a few days and shoup wed for an hour or less and was gone again. It's never announced if that happens. I did notice that all the work I did during those days ((about 6) is made undone. Kind of frustrating.
How are you doing? I create more free time for myself. Is the hurricane season over and has the damage been repaired? How about the trees of the neighbour?

Technology. We've made so we can't live with it and we can't live without it. I'm waiting for self driving cars. That's when I get off the road.
We had two hurricanes back to back. All the trees that were ready to fall over fell over in the first one, so the second one wasn't so drastic. There could be a few more before the season is over. For now. All is calm except for the sound of chain saws and wood chippers everywhere. Taking a little break can be rejuvenating.

How about a car with a driver? It sounds more safe to me than a Tesla.
It's good to hear it's all calm while many countries are flooded (sounds in most cases humans/governments have a hand in it).

You referring to weaponized weather? It's not a new thing. There are references in the Vedas... the ancients knew how to use mantras to direct the weather. They had technology but it was more subtle.
