While the Qur'an and hadiths teach Muslims to be collectively powerful, they also encourage individuals to maintain good health.
Health is also a great blessing of Allah Almighty, a trust and a responsibility. Therefore, it is important to value and protect health. The slightest neglect of health causes great harm, which is tantamount to ingratitude to God Almighty. The essence of human life is its consciousness, intellect, belief and faith and on it depends the health and fitness of the body. Religious duties, which include all worldly affairs, as well as good health are fundamental to meeting moral requirements.
Weak and diseased consciousness and mind also weakens the body, the performance of which is also discouraging. When life is devoid of aspirations, passions and motivations and the intentions are weak, man can become a victim of despair and become a plague of society. This would be utter ingratitude to Allah Almighty. The believer must have high mental and physical health and strength, strong intentions, high morale, enthusiasm and high emotions in order to fulfill the duties of the religion and the great responsibility of the earthly caliphate.

While the pure teachings of Islam encompass all aspects of beliefs, worship, society and affairs, and morals and etiquette, there are also moderate Islamic guidelines for hygiene and well-being; We can not only live a healthy life; In fact, they can protect against many deadly diseases.
Consider that health is a great gift from God Almighty. In fact, the vast plan that nature has made to keep man healthy may not have been made to create the whole universe. God Himself has placed such systems in our bodies that ؛ The human intellect is amazed to see them.

Such people form living nations who create their place in the world and turn red in the hereafter. Always be determined, happy, cheerful and alert. Keep thinking high and adopt a positive mindset, attitude and lifestyle. Keep adorning life with a smile and liveliness. Stay away from grief and anger, sadness and thought, jealousy, jealousy, malice, bad words and bad suspicions. All of these affect the stomach badly. Stomach upset is the worst enemy of health.
