I welcome everyone to my blog. Is another beautiful day to share with you my diary activities. I believe the best way to adapt is to discover. I'm glad I've discovered this great community, steem school, I just love the name, I believe in other to more successful on steemit, we have to learn more and# steem-school is a perfect place for me, I really thank the admin of this community for such initiative.
I found it a privilege to share my first post on this community and that would be diary activity
Throughout this week we, the office I'm working in conjunction with #Mastercard foundation has brought about a program in Helping young graduates to come out business plan and support them in making their plans become a reality. But in other to ensure that, we get the best out of the people, we need to train them and help them develop plan, a business that will be more sustainable and profitable. We are looking for people with creative and innovative ideas to support.
ON the first day, we introduced the participants in Business model (Refining the Business Idea)

On the next day, we tackled.

- Social Responsibility
- Sustainable Business
- Social Enterprise Vrs. Social Entrepreneurship
We are training them in these topics because we understand that, in other to be successful as a business person one must be equip with ideas like this.
We continued our training today and today we allowed them to Develop their Business using the Lean Model canvas and we helped them in refining their business Model.
It has been an interactive training as most of the participants are already into business and that is making the work very easy for us.

God willing tomorrow, we are not going to meet as we want them to do a little survey around the location they want to establish their businesses. and find out the people reactions will be when the business is incorporated. Will the people patronize,? One thing is every business one finds himself doing in one way or the other is solving an issue or challenge. So in other to ensure that, we want to them to find out if what they intend doing will solve some challenge.
It was been a very busy day for me, coordinating and doing office work too. But in all we are still doing well.
We closed for the day after completing our task for the day.
