Exercise can really change our lives in many ways, and the best thing about exercise is that anyone no matter if they are rich or poor, lean or fat, anyone can exercise for no money in their free time.
I can tell you that there is more then a million situations where people were obese and with great motivation and even greater dedication they changed their lives.
Eating healthy can make very big changes in your methabolism and if you ate a lot of unhealthy food in the past and now you started eating healthy food you will see some changes but the whole point about losing weight is math, there really is nothing else to it, it is all about calories intake and calories burned. So if you want to lose weight and no matter how hard you try it seems like you can never lose weight you should start counting calories and try to make your calories intake smaller but in the same time try to burn more calories than you intake, for gaining weight the formula is reverse, make your calories intake bigger then calories burned and you will gain weight.
Building muscles is something that takes a lot of time and dedication, we see models with the perfect bodies and we want to instantly become like them, well in this world everything great takes time and we dont see how a lot of these models train for 8 hours a day and some even inject steroids, and I dont recommend taking steroids becouse anabolic steroids can cause kidney failure, liver damage, tumors, high blood preasure and a lot more, so dont risk your health just to look good, it is not worth it. For building muscles I am suggesting to just join a local gym, you will be training with a trainer and he can help you with the excercises, ofc joining a gym takes money so if you want to get your perfect body for free you can try chalisthenics, work with your body weight and the best part about this is that you can do it anywhere even outside for no money at all.
