Jobs are lost, everything is somehow lost, jobs from home are starting to dominate, now knowledge and information are what is required in the first place. Do digital revolution and blockchain free us or do we become slaves. I think this is the first madness, everything has changed and soon there will be no need for a large workforce, all this will be done by artificial intelligence and robots. Anyone can make a coin, anyone can make a blockchain project, of course, we need connections again, money to do a project, we need to pay a team of people, marketing, developers, without people and without capital we can hardly do great things. Technology has changed, the essence of capitalism has remained the same, money talking. Again when we look a little deeper, we will find a much greater choice and a much better chance of success in modern blockchain technology. We have to adapt, knowledge dominates the new era, information and money flows are becoming a digital treasure through the value of coins. There is little time left to be able to take advantage of the beginning of global change and the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies, every day the mass is growing, the value of Bitcoin and major alternative coins is growing, many are becoming new billionaires and millionaires. Steemit is one great idea, a project that needs to combine several things to become a great social network with a blockchain essence. Let's take an example, we'll bring a million people in a month, to assume that they all write great posts, there's no way we can reward them all with the existing system. In this way, spreading is prevented, quality is chosen and the circle for new users is closed, for a large mass. The toning of communities will make room for millions of users who are active, but again it is not enough for a billion, if we want a mass social network then we need to evolve and change, if we do not do it then surely some other people and companies will do it. Decentralized freedom, success, and advancement are the key ideas of the Steem blockchain, now is the time to do it and make it happen in practice with new and innovative projects. It can always get better, there is competition, the way of thinking and business logic changes, everyone wants to create a business network, every blockchain system makes models attract attention and for that, it must have attractive offers and stimulate users and fans. Until we get value based on the attendance of our posts, based on the mass we can not be a real social network, so we need to work on new models, to create new Steem value to support all those users who are talented in writing, marketing, for programming. It is an inevitable development that will happen, it is important that we have smoothed the basic pillars of leadership through community leaders, who respect each other, who cooperate with each other, who exchange ideas every day.

I have met many Steemians who are humane, who help, and who make donations, this kind of familiarity does not exist anywhere else. I included retirees, young people, I promoted the Steem blockchain to everyone. The point is that each of us does everything we can to make a volcanic eruption happen, I will try to organize and motivate to bring 1,000,000 new and active users, whether it will really allow all of them to be rewarded unless they invest money. Certainly, Steem is the most perfect model that exists now, if we all love it and if we want to do everything to help others then we have to be open to change and ideas. Steem needs to be the center of attention in the blockchain world because it has the potential to really be a new Facebook that rewards its users. We are becoming free through decentralized projects, blockchain is definitely the future for all users, it is the way to beat poverty.
