I want to show some differences and details that can be perfected in the future, I want to compare social networks and Steemit as a model of work and give some ideas. If we publish a video on a Youtube channel, 40% of the earnings from the ads go to the author, which is a lot of money for those powerful video presenters.
From one video you earn infinitely, after each review. The Steemit post lasts 7 days, so seven days can be rewarded, earned, there are no ads on the posts, and earnings depend on the votes that have Steem Power. Maybe we could introduce a new Steem Coin or Token with which we will be able to guess the posts forever, only he would be paid separately and immediately after the vote. On all social networks, success depends on activities, on the number of users. On Steemit, the popularity of the web system grows with the number of active users, interactions, etc. Our earnings have nothing to do with the number of users who follow us, with the views of our post, with the number of votes, our earnings depend solely on the users who have Steem Power and who vote for us. Stemit has a business logic of investing, who has Steem Power he can certainly earn: 1. Most if he makes a personal post and if he votes for himself or exchanges votes (it is a model that works through robots), 2. Least if he votes for posts that do not big earnings, a little more if you vote for posts that have big earnings - Higher earnings are obtained when voting for popular posts, thus supporting support for creative and popular posts, in essence, and in practice, this is not always the case. The solution is community tokenization, if each community had a small Steemit model with a new token, so new users would have more support. Earnings for votes should also be reversed, when voting on posts with low earnings to earn more, and when voting for posts with higher earnings to earn less, so they would get less exchange of votes, many more new users would was rewarded. It would be great if each community had the opportunity to introduce advertisements on the posts, so they would have a creative activity to motivate users to bring companies and investors for advertising. The payout can be in Steem or a new Token, so they would stimulate the marketing of the entire Steem blockchain, they would have a lot of promoters to whom this type of work is more suitable than writing blogs. Certainly, Steemit would have the benefits of advertising, it can share the earnings or give 80% to users and 20% to take for themselves. Also, the model can change if Steemit puts an ad on your post then you get less%, if you bring a sponsor then you get more%. It would be great to have the ability to post videos directly, it would bring more popularity, maybe it should be made as a separate project related to Steemit. The point is to reward activity, creativity, to have more options for work, it would bring many more new users, everything would put a more equal position for success.
Imagine we have a system of earnings because of activity, because of the number of words written in a post, because of the number of original pictures, because of the number of posts, because of the number of comments, because of bringing in new users, and so on. This would bring evolution and great mass, would have a tendency to grow as a real social network, our activity and quality would be more pronounced instead of subjective business logic and reward system. In this way, we stimulate activities, increase the attractiveness of the Steem blockchain and Steemit site, increase the number of users and their earnings. I’m sure this is challenging to do for developers, but I’m also sure that only innovation and evolution can take us forward.
When we start thinking about ideas, for development, for other users, for those who do not have money to invest in Steem Power, when we take good things from the experience of other social networks then we can do many new things that will increase the overall strength and value of Steem blockchain. Steem is an ideal system for investors who do Power Up, there should always be a great incentive for investors, the point is to find the best solutions for users who do not have the money to invest. It is important to retain and motivate quality users, to encourage everyone to give their best, to create new projects, and to increase the value of all users and the Steem ecosystem.
Only those who are persistent reach the goal.
It’s time for us all to become a powerful Steem team together, that’s what I believe in, that’s what we all need now.
Your future begins now, with your decision that Steem is a part of your life.
We Win Together

You propose very good ideas. I do not understand that especially steemit articles do not win after 7 days. Why does such a system exist? I do not understand this. As you said, a completely different way of earning can be created for old subjects. This will increase the number of participants. Or, a pool can be created and annual awards can be distributed from this pool. Those who write more and are active can be rewarded.
