The problem is that we have two main parts, the social network as blogging and the investor part as management and profit interest. DPOS the system gives power to those who have Steem Power, the interest of all of us and the only way for Steem value to grow is in investments so that as many users and new investors as possible are part of the Steem blockchain. Those who are bloggers and have not invested money cannot understand investors, if investors have a bad post and earn a lot on the post because of the delegation, it is not correct for them. If that is already the case then I would separate investor posts with delegations from everyone else, I would write Investor Posts as a supplement to Steemit, and everyone else would be on the other side, then there would be no conflict of interest. The point is to bring in new investors, only with the purchase of Steem can it grow, only when it is put into voting power. No investor is interested in investing money and voting for users because they do not get enough money for their investment, it is more like humanitarian work. Bloggers and users want to make money, their interest is for investors to vote for them and for them to make money, investors are not interested in voting for users who withdraw Steem from the account, thus devaluing Steem. Witnesses are the main judges, they maintain the system and make great money, they need to make some software solutions that will be attractive to investors, because if the bots are abolished then we will lose investors, and so on.

It doesn't matter how much someone earns on the post, what matters is what we can do to make new investments and raise Steem value. There is no success without focused and creative work and strategy, we are at a crossroads when we need something new and powerful, now is the best time to get started.
