Success Requires Victory Over Energetic Vampirism

You go out with someone and he tells you sad stories, difficult situations, or acts in such a way that you feel energetically exhausted. People who are constantly complaining, who are constantly missing something, who are constantly asking us for something, by nature the energy passes from the place where there is more to the place where there is less. The problem is that in energy vampirism they take your positive energy and give you their negative, they feel nice and you are not well, sometimes you need a few days to recover. It’s the same in business, if we surround ourselves with people who have inclinations or who are unfortunately energy vampires, there’s no chance of us doing great things. People who say bad things who talk about other people and who deal with gossip are the last class of people, the smartest are those who deal with ideas, with reality. The future lies in these decisions, in our plans and activities today, we need a team of people who think positively, creatively, who are there to help with positive energy and motivation to create great things, to achieve great visions.

We need to remove energy vampires from our lives, show them honestly what they do, that you don't want that kind of relationship, if that doesn't help then you have to cut your relationships, if you don't do that they won't be able to progress, you just won't have enough energy to move. The essence is to change, we are all sometimes energy vampires, the point is to see our behavior, to change our state, our emotions, our way of thinking, and to be people who always give positive support to others.
