It all starts with thoughts, it all starts with deciding whether to do something or not. The point is to sharpen our thoughts and way of thinking to a level that always leads us to better knowledge, better decisions, better choices. If I want to have good energy then I need to take care of my mental, spiritual and physical health, everything is connected and forms one whole. My emotional state depends on good energy and enthusiasm, which is a trigger for my movement, for my further success, and all this is programmed with conscious decisions that create habits, and habits are part of the subconscious that reacts to emotional stimuli and influences from the outside world and ours, inner thoughts. Knowledge is not a theory that we should tell others, knowledge is the level of consciousness that makes decisions against our information and experience, and that results in success or failure. We should not compare ourselves with others, our happiness and fulfilled life depends on our ambitions, desires, ways of experiencing and thinking, happiness and success are a matter of choice and work on ourselves. If we want material success and at the same time success means stepping on people, then we have no sense of morality and spirituality, our value system rules us. We need to see our value system and change it according to the universal rules of happiness and prosperity if we want our lives to be beautiful.
Define situations that make you happy, what is needed for your life to be beautiful and successful, what is it that depends on you and what can you change now? These are the questions we need to ask ourselves, we only progress when we change, it is time for a change.
