Vision determines our deepest desires, it is the inspiration that guides us. The general vision is the beginning, let's say we live in an epic place where we have a chance for great success in life, and then there are clear small adjustments, or zooming in, places, details, what exactly we want to achieve. When Steemit was created, the vision was to become a Blockchain Facebook, on the way development is needed and all practical obstacles to be overcome, such as rewards that limit the number of users, the number of posts that represent a reason for spam if there are many of them, etc. If we do not work on small adjustments and there is no development like the Steem network/platform like ETH and many others, where users and community leaders can create their blockchain projects, then the price of Steem has no potential to grow because it is sold more than it is bought, it's normal because there are many users who need money, they can't keep Steem. The fine-tuning would be for each community to have its token and its own small Steemit and reward system, in which case the Steemit company would ensure good projects that their token can be found on Binance and other CEX and DEX exchanges. Everything starts with a vision and it is not enough to make a great success, it requires constant development and work on details to perfectionism. I believe that at some point Steem will wake up and leaders will do everything necessary for the growth and fulfilment of the vision that Steemit had at the beginning of its creation. It's the same in our life, if we want to do something big, we first start with a vision that inspires us, with which we get up and with which we go to sleep. The easiest thing is to do nothing and to always look for excuses that everything is black, that we are unlucky and to continue with the old way of thinking and habits. It's hard to change and it's even harder to live a life we don't want, so look in the mirror and take a good look at all the details - are you the person you want to be, look at yourself every day and start making changes.
