EDIKANG IKONG - VEGETABLE SOUP

This is a typical Nigerian signature dish it is made of water leaves and fluted pumpkin nkong

What does it taste like: vegetable soup is enriched with iron, you're free to have this with fish and meats, enjoy the palatable taste with hot pounded potatoes or yam

AFIA EFERE - WHITE SOUP

Afia efere is an authentic Ibibio and Efik
soup, it's the preparation of Cocoyam corms with beautiful toppings of finely chopped odusa - hot leaves

What it taste like the hot leaves lend a delicious, and appetizing taste to the soup. You can add pinches of chili pepper to make it spicier.

EKPANG NKUKWO- COCO/WATER YAM POTTAGE

What does it taste like while roaming the streets of Nigeria order this special delicacy in our local restaurants to please your taste buds. Get the unforgettable taste of this preparation served with an attractive garnishing with utazi leaves and chopped onions.

DODO AND FRIED EGGS- _FRIED RIPE PLANTAIN AND EGGS

It's a golden brown snack made of peeled ripe plantains, seasoning with salt and deep fried in oil and served with fried eggs.

What does it taste like bite, crumble, and experience the taste of plantains like never before. It's irresistible enough to make you go gaga over it.
