Sometimes things run their course and we part ways with others and are left feeling hurt, shattered, disappointed, broken and empty as a result or isolated and alone.
And sometimes we remain attached to people from our past who are not good for us or remain stuck in negative and draining mindset and shut ourselves off from the wall around us, feeling trapped in a bad place and are no longer kind to ourselves as we feel lost in about 2 and struggles of life. That we have lost touch with who we are and that we have lost sight of what lies ahead.
Anderson results , sometimes we feel that love isn't meant for us that we are meant to be alone, we are not lovable enough, beautiful enough, or good enough. Or that after all of our searching and failed experience it is too late for us to discover it through a relationship all through our self love.
All these are as a result of fear by the time we sit back and say no to our fear we can always conquer, although it can be tempting so believe that one failed attempt means we must quit or give up, and one negative experience means we are undeserving of all we aspire to achieve, all these as a result of "FEAR"
