Jagriti Vidhya Mandir, the only private school in Dhanaulti a well-known hill station, was started in 1992 by Prem Belwal.
The school has a strength of 160 students who come from nearby villages. They have two rooms available for teaching but not big enough to accommodate 160 students and also the rooms are damp and cold, according to Prem Belwal.
