Today we came back from ARSUZ. That's why I was able to prepare my post late.
As we all know, after the holiday, tiring rush begins. I didn't even realize that time passed quickly when I said unpack, sort the laundry, wash, feed the twins and sleep. The children wanted simit kebab for dinner. I will share the simit kebab I made with you. .Less ingredients, delicious and practical.
Let's get to the materials;
-500 g low-fat ground beef
-2 cloves of garlic
-half a cup of meatball bagel
-1 cup of hot water
-2 teaspoons of salt
-2 teaspoons of paprika
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
We start our meal by soaking the bagel first. We put the bagel in a large kneading bowl and pour 1 glass of hot water over it. We leave it to soak on one side.
Then finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.
After our bagel has drained, we put 500 g of minced meat on it.
Then we add our salt.
We add the paprika, black pepper and chopped garlic.
And we knead it so that all the ingredients are well mixed.
After the kneading process is finished, we make our meat with the help of a kebab skewer as half of the minced meat kebab and arrange it on the greased tray.
I use the kebab skewer so that the inside of the meat does not remain raw. Otherwise, it may remain raw. It has happened to me before. We put peppers and tomatoes next to the meat I have placed and baked in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Our Veee meal is ready to be served. You can enjoy it with a nice side of parsley and a bowl of yoghurt.
