If the mind is good, the body is also good. In the long run, boredom, fatigue and monotonous life creates stress on the mind. Again, due to the surrounding conditions, mental stress is often created. If this pressure is carried for a long time, it can become a great danger. Changes in blood pressure occur due to stress. Stress is also the cause of heart disease in many cases.
First of all we need to know that the immediate symptoms of stress are created for our defense, for our safety and it is a natural and physiological process. It's dangerous if you panic. So you have to have the morale to deal with stress immediately. Symptoms that occur when someone is under prolonged stress need to be identified and steps taken to reduce their harmful effects.
Secondly, the problems that are causing the stress must be solved. In that case, you have to solve the problem with discretion and slow down without haste. Professional help can be taken if necessary.
Breathing exercises should be done. It is a very effective way to calm the body. Inhale through the nose and hold for a while and release through the mouth. During this process full attention should be given to the movement of breathing. This exercise should be done 3/4 times daily for 10 minutes.
Meditation brings peace of mind. Mindfulness meditation helps people get rid of unnecessary thoughts and focus on desired goals, learns to think differently, learns to forgive oneself, learns to know and love oneself. Meditation relaxes the muscles.
At certain times, regular 45 minutes of various types of exercise such as walking, swimming, cycling, etc., the brain releases a type of hormone called endorphin which keeps the body stimulated, provides energy to work.
Regular, adequate sleep relieves body and mind fatigue, helps keep physiological processes active.
Those who have close friends, support partners, and strong family ties are less likely to experience negative effects of stress. Because they release more of the hormone oxytocin, which reduces anxiety and keeps the mind calm. Therefore, to stay healthy, the number of real friends should be increased, family ties should be strengthened. If there is a problem with someone close and it is causing stress then try to improve that relationship.
Many of us may not be as successful as we want to lead our lives. In that case one has to have an attitude of acceptance of reality, acquire qualities to forgive others and oneself. You have to love yourself in any situation of life. Take care of yourself.
Eat regular, moderate amounts of balanced food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, protein. Drink plenty of water. Frying in oil, salt, sugary and fatty foods, cigarettes, coffee, alcohol etc. should be avoided as much as possible.
Regular prayers and prayers increase morale of religious people, bring peace of mind.
Some people can relieve stress by reading books, listening to music, gardening or doing any other hobby.
Social skills should be improved. Sometimes you have to assert your will.
