We can express ourselves differently through the practice of literary arts. To pursue humanity, not animality. Along with the body, one should also strive for the prosperity of the soul. Beauty should be prioritized over pleasure. Keep yourself away from greed and competition.
A day's worth of broken bones for survival, however necessary, is animality, not humanity. And the enjoyment of literary art at leisure, however unnecessary, is humane.
Freethinking does not mean atheism. Accepting knowledge by extracting knowledge from all branches of knowledge and judging it with logical questions. To be free from reform, to follow everything in the society by judgment and analysis. Don't blindly imitate anyone.
Love the soul. Achieving happiness-sadness-pain from the depths of the soul. Gaining diverse experiences, holding intense love in the mind, feeling everything with deep feelings. Making nature and books best friends. Develop a writing habit. Criticism is not self-criticism. Prioritizing self-respect over respect.
Try to do something different than what everyone else is doing. Reading different books, watching different movies, thinking differently with freedom instead of reading the same books everyone reads.
Expressing one's true self not in a different way. Because we are all different. We have different choices, different tastes, different situations, different thoughts. So develop your soul, express yourself. Develop yourself.
There are many faults in many words, think carefully. So think before you speak. Talk to someone. Be a good listener.
Always be aware of your own ignorance, do not be proud of knowledge because everyone's knowledge is limited, keep the virtue of humility within yourself. To serve people when the opportunity is available, to come forward in the danger of others, to move forward with everyone.
Enjoy the surrounding nature, night stars, sunset, sunrise, coolness of air, chirping of birds, rustling of leaves, new blossoms, growing of trees, flowing of rivers, roaring of sea, vastness of mountains, mountains of clouds in the sky, krinchapaksha, jotsna night. Then you will see the taste of life. You can enjoy the sadness. You can be happy in any situation of life.
Finally, I will say to make a habit of reading books. Regular 20 minutes of writing. Make nature a friend. Spending time in silence, solitude.
Reading and writing the world's best pastimes at leisure. Because writing reduces grief and increases life. And reading books develops thinking power. Expresses oneself in a different way.
I think you can express yourself differently. Because we as humans are all different. Our being is different, soul is different. Just choose good leisure activities. For example: reading books, writing, being close to nature, silence, spending time in solitude.
What I mean by soul:
The soul resides in all of us but we cannot awaken it or bring it into being. For this the soul has to be created. The soul is born as a result of the experience our heart acquires through the intense realization of happiness, sorrow and pain. Then food is needed for soul purification and enrichment. Strange experiences, meditation or deep feelings and abundant love are the three food of the soul.
Take care of your soul. Create beauty in the world through your actions.
Big talk in small mouth. My experience is little. Write whatever comes to your subconscious mind. Analyze the writing and then accept it. Be persuasive rather than prescriptive.

That is, I told you that if you do these ………… things, you can do something good in life. But if you analyze my words or writings and find that my words or writings are dangerous for you, then you act according to what your inner soul tells you instead of acting according to my words or writings, then you are a pro-inspirational person.
Both the body and the soul of the inspired are pure. They refuse to accept everything without question, without reason.
