  1. Take things that are relevant to your goals.
  2. Discard those that are not relevant to your goals.
    Not related to your goal, maybe your loved ones (relatives, friends, someone close to the family) may be your favorite things (sports, watching TV, reading magazines) but if not related to the goal then exclude them. must continue

Otherwise they will annoy you again and again and prevent you from reaching your goals which will not be unbreakable.
