Success could be seen in so many angles and perspectives as pertain to some people. Many could be successful based on the wealth they accumulate (Financial stability), to some could be the academic success, successful career in football, success in steemit, music career and so forth.
Webster's dictionary defines success as the 'accomplishment of what is desired or aimed at, attainment of wealth fame and prosperity.
From the above definition of success, it could be seen that success is all about one's achievement and the attainment of height in any career.
The point is that in every success one attain in life there must be an obstacle or challenges which may pose as a constraint to one's success in life. Successful people all over the world have encountered so many challenges, but that did not deterred them to continue pursuing their goals. Inasmuch as you do not give in to challenges, for there is no success without drawbacks then the path to your success is always guaranteed.
So whenever you are on a downward situation, just know that 'there is light at the end of the tunnel'.

You can one day become a steem moderator
You can also be on the verge of becoming an admin in steem
You can one day earn big in steem by making a huge Sbd, huge steem dollars and so on.
Never succumb to challenges, it just a pathway to success.
