Caffeine is bitter in taste and is related to the purines (Adenine and Guanine) of the DNA and RNA of an organism. I can be found in fruits, nuts (cola nut), seeds and leaves of certain plants. This bitter taste serves as protective adaptation, to prevent herbivores from eating the plant products. Caffeine stimulates certain parts of the nervous system. The widely and commonly known source of caffeine is the coffee bean seeds of coffee plant.
Caffeine has been used in the production of many products that includes beverages; it can be found in tea, energy drinks, and coffee.
When it is taken into the system, it provides both negative and positive effects on the individual's body.

- It is used bro protect the body against certain diseases, such as Parkinson's disease.
- It is used for the treatment and prevention of premature infant breathing problems.
- It helps individuals to stay awake at night to perform certain duties.

CONCLUSION
Following the positive and negative effects of caffeine intake into the system, I advise all users to control the high intake of it so as to gain its positive values and as well reduce the risk of been affected by it, as it may lead to total body shutdown.
It must be taken in a control manner, and not regularly in order to prevent getting addicted.
