Balena has made its debut by introducing BioCycling, a fully circular method that makes it easier to dispose of and completely biodegrade its BioCir slides in a composting environment. Instead of disposing of the slides in a landfill after use, customers may return them to designated drop-off locations spread out around the city, where they will be collected and fully biodegraded at a nearby industrial compost plant. Balena notes that this repetition model is reproducible everywhere.
