Harvest Festival of Learning Outcomes of the Leading Teacher Program and Education Exhibition Held at SMAN 2 Bireuen.
Thousands of teachers from various levels of education, students, the community and various other groups, Saturday, 10/26/2024, filled the SMAN 2 Bireuen complex in the Cot Gapu Bireuen area.
They witnessed the harvest festival of the learning outcomes of the Leading Teacher Program (PGP) batch 10 and also the Bireuen education exhibition.
The festival held by teachers, students and others was the culmination of a series of learning and innovations implemented by participants of the Leading Teacher Program in Bireuen.
In the festival, the PGP batch 10 participants displayed various educational innovations that had been developed in their respective schools.
For example, creative teaching methods, effective classroom management, to efforts to create an inclusive school environment.
Dozens of stands were present at the location displaying various works of teachers and students ranging from food, drinks, handicrafts and also their own innovations. Likewise, the ranks of Bireuen Vocational High School (SMK) occupied one long tent of various SMK student products.
Meanwhile, the students also took a separate location in the complex to hold a bazaar. The festival and exhibition activities were opened by the Acting Regent of Bireuen, Jalaluddin SH MM and attended by various groups.
Head of Bireuen Region IV Office, Abdul Hamid MPd said that the festival and exhibition activities were carried out thanks to the cooperation of the Cabdin, Disdikbud, BGP with school supervisors, principals, and driving teachers of Bireuen Regency.
The exhibition and festival were combined with three activities, including the opening and art performances, harvesting the works of driving teachers of class 10 with nine stands.
Then, the education exhibition had 16 stands from all SMA/SMK and SLB ten stands and others, a total of 30 stands.
"The festival and exhibition activities were purely the initiative of all principals, supervisors and driving teachers," he said.
Acting Regent of Bireuen, Jalaluddin SH MM in his speech, among others, expressed his highest appreciation for the extraordinary efforts that have been made by teachers, principals, and supervisors throughout Bireuen Regency.
The training and workshop process that has been passed is not easy. However, with enthusiasm and dedication, the teachers have shown a high commitment to improving the quality of education in Bireuen Regency.
This is a very strategic step to create a superior, characterful next generation that is ready to face future challenges.
"The activities that we are holding today are not only an exhibition of learning outcomes, but also a form of collaboration between teachers, students and the community.
Through this exhibition, we can see various innovations and creativity that have been produced by our educators and students, which of course will have a positive impact on the development of education in Bireuen Regency," he said.
The festival and exhibition were also attended by the Head of the Aceh Education Office, Marthunis ST DEA, Head of the North Aceh Regional Office Drs Ahmad Yamani MPd, Head of the Lhokseumawe City Regional Office, Supriaridi SPd MPd and Head of the Aceh Teacher Movement Center, Dr Yudi Herman SAg MPd.
Also present were the Bireuen Police Chief AKBP Jatmiko SH MH, the Bireuen District Attorney H Munawal Hadi SH MH, the Dandim 0111 Lieutenant Colonel Ade Munandar, the Bireuen Education and Culture Office Head, Muslim MSi and various other groups.
