Some weeks ago, Mark Zuckerberg announced that the name of his company Facebook Inc will be called Meta, a change to make way for its metaverse. Unfortunately for the tech tycoon, there's already a company by name Meta in the United States. This has put Mark Zuckerberg in a very critical position as the owner of Meta ( a PC company, dedicated to selling computers, laptops, tablets and software) is demanding 20 million dollars to withdraw the registration application and give the name to Mark Zuckerberg.
Before choosing a name for your company, you should do some research that it is not yet registered by someone else, a small detail that Mark Zuckerberg ignored when he changed the name of Facebook to Meta.
