An African man can not resist this vegetable soup, even our visitors always fall in love. Is a nice meal we always love to eat.
This the one I prepared by myself.
I prepared this vegetable soup with enough bonga fish, very rich with blood and vitamins.

This Egusi Soup, a good Nigerian soup made with a white varieties.
Ingredients
• 1/4 cup Crayfish
• 2 Meats and fish
• 2 Shrimp seasoning
• 2 cup Greens
• vegetable leaf.
Ogbono soup
With kind of meal it makes me to me to be indispensable in anything called African Exotic Foods cause an encounter that will make your tommy never to remain the same.
