colorful brownies recipe

Ingredients:

For the brownies:

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
1 cup of granulated sugar.
2 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla essence.
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
1/4 teaspoon of salt.
2 tablespoons of full liquid milk.
###For the frosting:
120gr of cut semisweet chocolate.
1 can of condensed milk.
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles (colored drops). Those of your preference.

Step by Step:.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a 9 "x 9" square pan with a piece of wax paper.
Add the sugar to the melted butter and beat to combine.
Add the eggs and vanilla to the bowl; then beat for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is pale yellow and thick.
Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Mix on low speed until ingredients are incorporated. Add the milk and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared skillet and spread into an even layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean or with just a few crumbs stuck to it.
Let the brownies cool.
Microwave the chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted and add the condensed milk.
Pour the chocolate over the brownies. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate in an even layer. Add the colored sprinkles over the chocolate. Refrigerate for two hours. And to enjoy.
