True Life Story
Rome, we have been in Rome for 7 days. It was trully very special place. Full of Churches, actually Cathedrals and Monuments. Everything mixed, new, old, ancient. I was just thinking, how is to live there? We walked through the streets of Rome, we went everywhere, there was no monument we didn't see but still, we were only tourists.
How actually was the feeling, if we lived in Rome ?
As I said, Nori was obsessed by roofs, so we climbed every Church that had stairs leading to the Roof. We even took adventure and went to the Cathacombs in Rome. From this perspective, I don't understand, why we did it, but than, we were eager to take buses to go outside central area of Rome and to visit.

At that time we made lot of photos, but now I can't find them and put them in this blog. And everywhere we went, we went by walking. We were located in the Center of Rome, near main train Station and everything was close. I was 22 than and nothing was too far. I am younger now 😁 but everything seems too far.
I am very nostalgical after these days of happiness & joy as the air was different than. When I read Dan Brown's novels, they often remind me on our gorgeous & glorious trip to Italy, when everything was easy and free of hard thoughts.
Fountaine di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Castle on the Tibar river, Ancient Rome, Colloseum, Vatican City, the Monument of Vitorio Emanuelle, Panthenon, Spanish stairs, oh Bella Roma, Bella Italia
My favorite excellent summer. Rome was magnificent but we were already too long in Rome, we had to go further.
The next stop was Florence, the City of Michelangelo. I didn't know that, it will be very exciting there...

( To be Continued )
That is really nice to hear. When I read your post I also think the same, it is good that we visited Italy in our young ages. The adventure feeling, the beauty of new place, appreciation of history and architecture. Do not think about the price for cup of real good coffee. That is must. Later on who knows if we will have time and mood or if there will be other family commitments :)
