New case of plagiarism

I have found clear evidence that @thisaru 's entry to participate in @axeman 's The World of XPILAR - LANDSCAPE/SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #091

The real author of the picture is Samott in the photo stock page.

There is another entry from the same @thisaru in the contest of landscape, that is highly suspicious of being plagiarism, but I couldn't find clear evidence, even though there are several images very similar.
