MY favorite food

I am delighted to participate in this contest, because this is my first contest participation in #steemfamily, l am delighted to join, because we cook every day, although it may not be your favorite but it could be one of my family member's favorite.
My special thanks goes to the @steemfamily moderator from Indonesia @humaidi for organizing, this contest.
Looking at this contest,l was amazed,l decided to write because Nigeria fried rice is my favorite food.
Fried rice is one of the best meal in my village and in Akwa lbom state as a whole,lt is a meal best presented to dignities in any occasion.
If you want to cook fried rice it depends on your wallet, now l want to share the one I can afford.
My ingredients
✓ Rice, onion ,carrots, Green beans, Green peppers, Groundnut oil, salt ,red pepper, cube , seasioning,spicy, garlic, ginger and water.
How to cook fried rice , l believe it is simple.
Please follow my steps as l cook below
Frist, measure the quantity of rice you want to cook, the parboiled it and set aside.

My parboiled rice

My pot on the fire, l add Groundnut oil
Step3
Allow the Groundnut oil for some minutes
Step 4
Add onion, carrot, green beans, proceed peas,kindney bean.
Step5
Add water,cube, seasonings,pepper and cook it for 2minute
Step6
Put your rice,cook it you have a your desire taste

Each of the condiment has some many health benefits but l want to mention few.
Rice is a carbohydrates food,it is also carry energy given food.
Carrot
✓ Carrots strengthen your bones and vitamin A which prevent your eyes from blindness.
✓ Carrots contain calcium and vitamin K, the two are important for bone health
Green peppers
It has high in iron but they're also rich in Vitamin C.
✓ Green peppers superfood when it comes to preventing and treating iron-deficient anemia.
Onions
It has antioxidant that fight inflammation in the body
✓it lower heart disease risk.
Green beans
It is Rich in vitamin K, and it also contain a decent amount of calcium.
✓Green beans are important for maintaining strong, healthy bones and reducing your risk of fracture. The B vitamin is also important for reducing depression.
