MY FAVORITE FOOD

Food can be basically explained to a layman as something edible without any harm to the system. We eat to survive every day to sustain our lives on this earth. There is no human being who can survive without dependency on food. We have our likes and dislikes for the different kinds of foods available in our ends. But we can't completely reject all foods.
I have my favorite and you also have your favorite all depends on how feel the food when eating it. To reveal my favorite food, I would like to pose this question, is water food or just liquid we drink. Please waiting for your thoughts on this question.
Now my favorite food is FUFU. This is a food mostly obtained from processed yams. This food is so palatable and mostly sick people like it because of it soft after processing.
How does FUFU prepare?
Fufu preparation is very simple and as easy. First you have to buy your yam, come and peal it and boil. After this, it is now to pound using mortar and pestle or fufu grinding machine. what a lovely food! After pounding it and cooking your soup, it is ready for consumption.
This is lovely food for your digestive system. The food is grinded to allow easy digestion to take place. The process of digestion is easy, and therefore there is no need for much energy from the body to digest it. That is my favorite food, hope you love it .
