Introduction
Every day is unique and perculiar. No two days are the the same. Some come with a lot of goodies whereas others come with misfortunes. I should have tagged this day a Black Tuesday consequent upon the eventful happening that characterized the day but thanks to God Almighty for it ended in praise and joy because in all I have learnt to give thanks to God.

My Morning Hours

The morning began with our family devotion which comprises of Singing hymns, Bible study, testimonies, prayer requests and of course Prayer session. The hymn we sang was song co-authored by William Williams and Letter Williams taken from Seventh Adventist Hymnal No. 538.

Guide me , O Thou great Jehovah, Pilgrim through this barren land, I am weak but Thou art might, hold me with Thou powerful hands.

After the family alter, I sat with my wife and we planned how the day will be and we also discussed issues bothering on her journey to her village the next for one of her uncle's burial. I fed the older child with tea and bread as that's his favorite while she breastfed the suckling baby. We showered and took off to work. I rode them to her work place on our motorbike. On my way coming back the unfortunate happened. At the roundabout, a cyclist who defied the rule of driving ran into my lane and damaged my bike almost to a state of beyond repair. It was while standing at the scene of the accident meditating, I recalled the wordings and meaning of the hymn we sang in the morning. Thanks to God , I only sustained little injuries.
I called my mechanic he came and tolled the bike to his workshop while I went home and couldn't proceed to my because of the excruciating pains I was feeling on the hand and leg.

On reaching home,my next neighbors daughter's was lyingcritically ill, shivering, vomiting, purging, running temperature, dizzy and weak. So immediately administered some analgesic and antipyretic injectables to her and then collected her sample to run some laboratory tests after which she was diagnosed of high Malaria, typhoid, ulcer and worms. So I got my tools ready and commenced treatment her. Thank God she responded to the treatment and is feeling much better now.

My Afternoon Events

At about 1:pm my wife and kids came back from work and school respectively and she needed to go to the market for shopping because Tuesdays are the market days so I have to stay with the kids . I fed the older one with his lunch after which I carried the younger baby and put her in the stroller and stroll her until she slept off and laid her in her bed and the older one lull the older to sleep.

Before my wife could return from market they are already awake because the hot weather couldn't allow them sleep deeply. The boy cried for bread tea as that happens to be his favorite,which I prepared and fed him

My Evening Events

I stayed behind and monitored the sick lady through out the eventide till the drip finished running at about 9:15pm. Then I went and had my bathe and slept.

Alignment

My day was a very fulfilled day. Despite the misfortune that befell me I really lived to conquer my day. If not for the prayer and song , I don't know what would have been my fate. I return all glory to Yahweh saving and enabling me to save a life too.
