Roles Of Family Owner To Maintain Family Bonding| Contest.

Ideally, the family head should be the father. However, there are other heads like mothers for single parent households or homes with absent fathers. Some families are headed by older siblings where their parents have passed on or unable to look after them. The head has various roles they play to maintain family bonding but also the other family members have to play their part for this goal to be realized.

Families around the world consist of nuclear and extended families. One of the greatest roles of the head of the family is to provide for everyone in the family especially if they are children. The needs to be provided include; food, education, medical care etc. The other family members can also chip in especially for older children who can work and cater for some needs to alleviate the burden on the owner of the family.

The owner of the family has to also enforce discipline because bonding of the family members can not happen if there is no harmony. Children are supposed to be taught basic principles like respect, dignity, kindness among others which are all crucial for one to live peacefully in society. The owner of the family has to also ensure peace in the family especially in an extended family where people might be many with conflicting interests. He/She has to ensure that family members know each other and about their family background like family charts so that everyone knows their heritage.

Other family members can also play their part in maintaining the family bonding by; helping out with house chores, behaving well, working to supplement the household income among others.
