Happy Weekend friends and hope all is well!
On this side of the world, things are not that great...yesterday after writing my post and wanted to go to bed, I saw on the news that there were rioting in some regions of the island!
I will share some photos from the local press below and some other day I will write the post about this riots in Mauritius!
In the end, I went to bed around 4am...and thankfully when I woke up around 9am, things looked to have calmed down and getting back to normal.
But still we can feel that people are fed up here and things are getting too expensive week after week...
Nice Saturday spent...
Last night I thought that this fight will go on and may be it will be a difficult weekend over here, but I am so happy that things look better when I went out to Mahebourg for food delivery...
And the weather was so beautiful...

Actually it was kinda lazy Saturday for me...I did not go to work, after such a long time! The team gave me an off day!
I only had to do that food delivery at Mahebourg and that was it for my day...so it was around my kids that I spent most of my Saturday!!!
And food of course...
Today was our 20th day of fasting...in just some days the holy month of Ramadan will be over! The month is passing by so quickly...
Below is our 20th Iftaar Table...you will notice that in the last days of Ramadan, there will be lesser and lesser foods on the table!
This is mainly that the last few days we get very busy and also...we are kind of fed up/bored with the amount of foods every day!
But still a nicely table set up with some yummy foods to break our fast!
Yummy foods, lazy Saturday at home with the kids...oh well, it was a wonderful day!

So here we are friends, a little bit of how things have been last night...we all fear that it can get worst if nothing is done for the needy/poor people having difficulties to cope with high prices on everything!
