The Nigerian Talkshow held yesternight (09/08/2021) on discord promo-steem platform and what transpired on the platform.

Hello all steemians, I am very glad to write and share with you all on what transpired in yesterday’s Nigerians talk show. It was indeed a joyful one of course and that was my first time joining the Nigeria Talkshow.

At 8:00pm the music was set on as usual just like how we do experience when having talk show for Ghanaians here too. Ten minutes after 8pm the show commenced and Nigerian country rep @talktofaith introduced herself and all the other members present at that time.
I also received warm greeting and welcome from @ngoenyi for joining their talkshow.

Our own country rep for Ghana @nattybongo and @collinz were both present with me on the talkshow. A brief introduction about the meeting was given from Nigerian’s country rep @talktofaith. After giving us the gist about the talkshow, she invited Ghana’s country rep @nattybongo to briefly give us an advice about how to successfully stay on steemit platform.

Natty started by giving thanks to the Nigerian board member for such opportunity after which he started by his telling us about his personal experience on steemit. The impact of steemit to his life and to his family as well. Natty also gave us an advice to remove the mindset of Cashout of steem and try to invest into the platform instead.🤗 He also gave talked about the amount of time he spends on steemit platform within a day where he said he has 2 hours scheduled for steemit and it is that time he writes his post, visits others post and comments, writes his reports, selects his best five posts, etc. He concluded by advising members to desist from moving from one’s account to the other just to see the amount other people are earning on steemit.

After natty’s speech, our MC @talktofaith invited our own promo-steem member @collinz to share some words with us but unfortunately he was around a noisy environment and had to excuse us for that moment. As such talktofaith herself took over and she also gave us personal experience on steemit platform and some of the impact steemit has done to her. She talked how steemit has helped her in establishing different businesses. She also spoke about the steemit promo T-shirts. Talktofaith also emphasized much on the Cahout issue and the visiting of people’s wallet. She made know to us that visiting of other users account will let u be depressed and loss the courage of steemit in you, so we should rather ask those that earn votes always about how they go about it.

With time our brother @collinz joined us and the floor was opened to him where he also talked about some his experiences since he joined steemit and how steemit has impacted most people. He also spoke about the issue of cashing out and spending but we should try to invest our monies into other businesses as well. The issue of Powering up our accounts were also not left out.

Not forgetting, our own Sister @magcarnie was with us, and she also gave us some inspirational words as usual.🤗

Indeed the whole talkshow was just full of advices and a very educative one of course. I hope to see more members next time when the talk show is held. It’s a pleasure to have joined the talkshow and I hope next time @arie.steem would dedicate some time and share words of encouragement with us.
