My greetings to you all, hope you all are doing good, This blog is about my participation in Steemit Crypto Art & Design Challenge [Round 12 : Internet Computer (ICP) Edition] conducted by @ponpase. By this contest I can share my imagination and editing skill, here is my entry blog with a Water drop ICP logo.
The ICP logo redesign idea of a waterdrop is a modern and refreshing take on the traditional logo. The waterdrop symbolizes purity, clarity, and fluidity, which are all important aspects of the ICP brand. The use of a waterdrop also suggests that the brand is focused on environmental awareness and sustainability, which is an important consideration in today's world. The design of the waterdrop is clean and simple, with a modern font that emphasizes the brand's forward-thinking approach. Overall, the ICP logo redesign idea of a waterdrop is a smart and effective way to update the brand's image and appeal to a new generation of consumers who value simplicity, sustainability, and innovation.
Process of Making
I used Pixel lab application for making.
For my design I made a white background with some gradient shadow effect.
Then i started making water drop by adding two circles. These circles are the base for the water drop making.
I have done some shadow corrections, blur and angles.The correct proportion of shadow angles is the key to make water drop. Added white curves over the drops to look like shining of the drops, it gives natural look.
After making the background with water drop , I have done some colour corrections for enhancement. This pale bule gives the live water drop look
And finally I have added the ICP logo to the background. To make it real i have adjusted the perspective of the ICP logo as per the waterdrop nature.
Final colour corrections and Raw adjustments gives the result.
