Reaching the masses with steemit via social media(using my whatsup messenger app.) and helping newbies navigate the steemit platform.

Hello wonderful Steemians,

As part of the strategies and procedures I personally adopted to create steem awareness, I decided to promote steemit using my whatsup status. At first, it seemed so trivial that no one would even consider doing it, but trust me, the outcome was so magnitude and incredible so I decided to make a post of it.

I posted the picture of my self wearing my blue steem Ghana t-shirt and I wrote the inscription "I love steem, I blog and earn for free", which is actually the motto for the steem Ghana community. I had a good number of views and responses, and I took this opportunity to promote steem to some of my viewers who reply to my post either liking my picture, or t-shirt, or asking what is steem.

I helped a friend name George to understand steemit after he has viewed and reply to my post.

I also promoted steemit to Felix after he admired my white promosteem t-shirt.

A newbie with the username @bossintegrity that I assisted to sign up to the platform who now leaves in the Central Region of Ghana, couldn't complete his achievement 1 task because he finds it difficult to navigate through the platform. After he replied my post, I asked him about his progress on the platform and he told me about his challenges so I stepped in to assist him understand the interface.

We can actually reach the greater masses by promoting steem via our social media platforms, it gets to where we can't personally reach. It also ensures safety precautions in this pandemic time where it is not all that safe to always have physical interactions with strangers. In our cause to promote steem and also create its awareness to the masses, it is very important we adopt new ways to do that, and I think this is one of the ways to reach the masses.
