Introduction
I am pleased to participate in this competition, which is an opportunity to share my almost five years of experience.Training plays a vital role in personal development and growth by providing individuals with specific skills and knowledge relevant to their personal or professional development goals. Training can help individuals improve their performance, increase their confidence, and achieve their desired outcomes. It also helps individuals stay up-to-date with new advancements and technologies in their field, leading to career advancement and job security. In addition, training can also aid in personal growth by fostering creativity, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Training is the key to successful and efficient work.
My opinion and recommendations
I will follow the questions asked.1.When did you join Steemit, and what were your thoughts about Steemit before you joined?
I signed up for the Steemit platform on March 03, 2018. In less than two months it will be five years since I signed up.
I learned about the existence of Steemit from my participation in another social network and was very interested to learn how it works. I have been dealing with Internet sites and languages since the very beginning of their creation. The idea of combining blockchain technology with a social network of bloggers impressed me and piqued my interest. I regretted learning almost a whole year after starting Steemit.
2.What are the things you have learned so far on Steemit?
First of all, I understand that Steemit has strict rules that must be followed. For example, plagiarism and spam are unacceptable, as well as the requirement for a tolerant and cultural attitude and respect for other participants.
I learned that another important feature of Steemit is that it is not something frozen, but rather like a living organism that is constantly changing and evolving. This leads to the need for constant information about changes and a corresponding adequate reaction.
The analysis of various statistics is of great importance in order to monitor the best trends for successful development.
But the most important thing is that to be successful you need serious work, hard work and persistence.
3.Who brought you into Steemit, and how was it when they were telling you about Steemit?
I learned about the existence of Steemit online, as I already mentioned, from a social network from an open group dedicated to getting to know Steemit. The admin was very active and convinced that whoever registered would be able to earn very well with little effort. The group was over 500 people and almost everyone signed up on Steemit, but as of now we only have two people left active. Disappointment that the promised easy profits were exaggerated peaked. In the beginning, the progress in earnings is very slow, but it gradually accelerates and requires a lot of patience and persistence.
At the moment, if I divide the current SP by the sum of the number of publications and comments, 0.48 SP is obtained, and the average value for the month of December 2022 is 3.68 SP. The numbers are indicative of the growth. My stats show that the first two years I got less SP than the last month alone.
4.Have you educated people about Steemit before? What was it like?
Yes. I have numerous posts on how the platform works. For example, about tags and their use, as well as considerations and advice about scheduling and other specifics such as delegation.
In order to be as useful as possible to myself and others, I am one of the founders of the Steemit enthusiasts community. It currently has 35 members, but I expect it to grow.
I also tell many friends and acquaintances offline about the existence of Steemit and about the interesting opportunities that the platform offers. But I notice skepticism in the existence and future of coins and tokens.
5.If you were to give advice to a newbie just joining Steemit, what advice would you give to them?
Training is the key to successful and efficient work.
The first step
Immediately after registration, the most important thing is to conduct solo training online. The platform has an FAQ.
To access the FAQ Link or directly in the page https://steemit.com/ in the upper right corner
A window appears there as well
Achievement tasks
The Achievement tasks for implementation are presented in the table below:
№ | Achievement task |
---|---|
1 | Verification Through Introduction |
2 | Basic Security on Steem |
3 | Content Etiquette |
4 | Applying Markdown |
5 | Review Steemworld.org |
6 | Understanding Curation and Community |
My opinion is that the preparation of publications on the Achievement tasks will lead to the accumulation of experience and knowledge that will be of great benefit to their future work.
Communities of steemit
Communities are two groups:
. by interests
. by country
Very good possibilities for visibility are given by communities in steemit. I recommend that everyone choose at least one according to their interests and join their country.
Planning
Planning is the second key to success.
During my work at Steemit, I learned that without good planning, the desired results cannot be expected. In view of the importance of this aspect, I have posts on this topic. For more information visit this Link.
