Introduction

It was a new day in my office, after my one month vacation, I went out with my friends turned sisters on an official visit to Villa Hilton Hotel. As we were chilling, I decided to tell them about Steemit platform, the fun and the financial benefits involved. According to them, they needed something that will keep them busy during their free hours in the office and sort of self development and minding my business kind of stuffs. I was happy to introduce this platform to them for which they signed up immediately and couldn't let me rest until they made their first Introduction posts.

what are the newbies names?

@nenyedarlington
@tiananicho
@greatumazi
@yhudy

Process of signing them up

I used my phone as a practical on my page and @okere-blessing's page to show them how steemit platform looks like and how to start writing on the platform while i signed them up using their phones respectively.

Any questions from them?

Yes, their questions were; how can they be paid?,
Is it the same as Amazon Kdp?,
How can they trade their rewards for fiat currency?,
How many posts are they entitled to per day?,

I was able to answer their question because @okere-blessing already enlightened me on the platform and also i am already crypto-inclined.

Any challenges faced

Well, yes because i am still new to this platform and still trying to master how things are being done here. The one challenge i encountered when signing up @tiananicho was not copying the right key at first and @greatumazi was also forgetting to copy the master key before moving to the next page during registraation which made us to start all over again.
In all, i thank @okere-blessing for being at my beck n call during this process. She was just gjiding us all through phone calls.

As for @yhudy, I took her to Steemit office where we met madam @ngoenyi who sensitized us thoroughly on Steemit.

How I Convinced them to sign up on Steemit

Already, @tiananicho has been looking for how to start earning passive income and something to keep her busy with, so she didnt hesitate. Convincing them was very easy as they also have interest in learning crypto.

How I intend to bring more people to join Steemit platform

Normally, i love networking biz and i love introducing people to good stuffs. I have a crypto group where I am growing some newbies on crypto knowledge and investment. So I intend to start making posts about Steemit there so that memebers who are interested can join us here too.

Conclusion

Honestly, Since i joined this platform in August, I had only made two posts and stopped because of house stress, barely had time but i promise to be active from today both in reading posts, posting mine and recruiting more members.
Also at the Steemit office, @ngoenyi has some nice stuffs for household use from which i bought a sweet-smelling liquid soap. I wish i bought more that day

You really deed great dear, signing up users and mentoring them even as you are still a use user is a proof that you really believe in steemgrowth and you are contributing to it. Thanks for all you have done.

Please, you will need to publish your achievement 2 in newcommers community so that you can explain what happened to the old account and thus let us know that you are the same person. You will also need to buy steem and power up so as to join club and thus be in line to receiving supports.

And please, do not mention the admins and moderators of communities.

Ok ma. Thanks a lot

Wow ,this is lovely. This is the type of moral we are looking for on steemit. you did well dear friend kerp it up.

Thank you @okere-blessing
