Steem investment is a way of investing in one's future the way people do with Bitcoin. They predict sight the future of Bitcoin as a good and valuable coin and Invest when necessary so that they can profit when the market cycle turns around. What's the case with steem? Why Invest? I can remember those days there was massive power down on the platform by some members after seeing a shift in the market cycle of steem.
As of 2021, steem price and conversion was relatively high, making users build a good steem power as well as making others financially independent individuals. As of 2022, there was a decrease in price which also affected it's conversion. To this effect, some who didn't understand that steem as a crypto coin rotates around the crypto market cycle powered down for fear that the platform is giving a bad sign or is about crashing.
That was unreasonable though. I'll keep you in suspense until I you read the answer to my second question in this post. Meanwhile, the answer to my first question emphasizes the need for us to invest of the platform.
Can you invest all your money on Steemit? Why or why not? |
---|
Steemit as a Blockchain technology based platform supports both investors and content creators. People who invest on the platform use their investments in supporting quality Contents on the platform which is essential for the growth of this platform. It's wise to invest on this platform because it is built on a platform and not just anyhow assumed Blockchain. We should invest some of our money on steemit and not all reasons because;
- as a Blockchain based platform, the coin is regulated by the crypto market cycle and it can be faced with price volatility as it is currently facing. I can remember what my coursemate said about Solana. He bought Solana at a good rate and waited for it to increase. Instead of increasing, the price kept coming down badly. So it's bot as if I'm saying it's bad to invest on the platform, but don't invest all you have. Steemit can never crash as a social media and a Blockchain technology based platform. It's just
decrease in price that may make you feel scared, but if you understand the market cycle fully, your doubts would be cleared.
- market dynamics can be uncertain sometimes. You may be expecting a bullish year as of next year but it turns out to be more bearish. The more you invest, the more influence you have on the platform and you'll be given daily rewards. So while investing on steemit, don't really keep in expectations of a particular year steem would hit. Just focus on doing your best in accumulating more.
How far do you trust the Steemit platform? Give reasons for your answer. |

Personally, I once had doubt about this platform taking off but that doubt was cleared after understanding the basics and history of this platform. Steemit has been incentivizing content creation and curation through cryptocurrency as rewards. Its origin alone is a solid reason why someone should trust in the platform. Look at my reasons below.
- Steemit is a social media platform that is Blockchain based. It was built on a decentralized Blockchain which offers data integrity and immutability, enhancing the trust and legitimacy of the platform.
Like any other social media platform that's susceptible to hacks, steemit's security is not vulnerable that's why we were all given generated keys, encrypted in a way that unauthorized access can predict. If you noticed some years back, someone tried using means in collecting people's steems but the platform's response to security vulnerabilities caught up with the user and he was definitely left stranded.
The platform has a relatively large number of users, tending to be popular like Facebook and its rewards system is very unique as content creators are rewarded without a restriction to the amount of steems they claim
Steemit is no Ponzi scheme platform that has time limit. It's a social media. So that alone should make us build absolute trust on steemit as I have.
If you have 500K+ Steem Power, will you continue as a blogger, just focus on curation, or both? Explain the reason for your selection. |
---|
Most at times I envey some investors who are also content creators. They'll invest so much on steemit which gives them influence on people's post, daily rewards and also rewards if they create content. There's a user on this platform that has over 9 Million steem power. The daily rewards he get from witnesses and the platform itself is much coupled with the fact that he creates contents with nothing less than $400 on each post.
If I were to have 500k steem power, I would focus on the two although it won't be that easy, but the financial incentives from curation and blogging can't be overemphasized. So I'll combine the two.
In summary, steem is a good investment one should venture into. It's quite different from other cryptocurrencies where you'll just invest and then wait for the price to increase before you sale. In steemit investment, you earn in various ways.
You can create contents that gives you more steem power and TRX. You can also curate people's post and earn while hosting your steem power on the platform. Such a good investment one should do.
