Hello great promosteem members, how are you doing today, I hope you all are fine I'm happy to know that you are fine. I'm here to update you on how my promotional activities went through out the week.

First on Tuesday I had an arrangement with some students who were interested in steemit in their school, so I went there with our Nigeria promoter @ngoenyi to the school.

MENTORSHIP

Signing up newbies without mentorship is like a car without fuel it's makes the platform boring to the newbies and will make them remain inactive thus, not helpful to the platform. In this case, I always make it my point of duty to mentor my recruits so that they can enjoy the platform.
Therefore, this week I went to Afaha Nsit to mentor some newbies that signed up last week, it was amazing, we explained how to make quality post free from plagiarism, we also educate them about club5050 and how they can join and the need of the club in steemit ecosystem. Three of them did their achievements tasks 2 some where motivated to write their dairy game it's was a great one, seeing them made such progress brings me much joy. I like seeing my recruita make progress.

SHOUT-OUT THURSDAY PROMOTION

Every day is always for Promotion but every Thursday is for shoutout Promotion here in Uyo, Nigeria. And so every Thursday we normally go out to Promote steem and steemit. This week we had a training first at the office for the newbies helping them to understand the platform and how to make quality post, we helped some did their achievements task and signed up newbies too.

Thereafter we went out for the road show, we introduced steemit to passersby on the road and promote the platform. The newbie that came for training also joined us in the promotion.

I and @essybrandy she was also encourage to be active and she did, she posted her dairy game and also power up to join the club.

Steemit Promotion is good but please we should try and mentor our recruits to reduce the number of plagiarized posts and to also help them benefits from the platform. Leaving this ones behind is not encouraging please let's all endeavour to mentor our recruits. I appreciate @ngoenyi for her efforts in mentorship
